PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device where a toner image is transferred to both surfaces of a transfer body without switching back the transfer body on either surface of which a toner image is fixed, using two kinds of toner each having a different electrification polarity nor electrifying either toner image to a reverse polarity by a corona charger. SOLUTION: In a state where a liquid carrier layer where the amount of liquid carrier of such an extent that it can function as the migration medium of a toner layer adhering to transfer paper P does not exist, and the amount of the liquid carrier of such an extent that it can function as a releasing agent for the toner layer and an intermediate transfer belt (16a or 16b) coming into contact with the toner layer exists is formed on the toner layer on two color toner images transferred to either surface of the transfer paper P first, the two color toner images having the same polarity as the toner layer are transferred to the opposite surface of the transfer paper P.
