LATCH LEVER FOR ACTUATOR AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latch lever which does not need secondary processing, easily adjusts the strength and weakness of magnetic force and also has a magnetic force acting part being excellent in environment resistance that suppresses the occurrence of rust, etc. SOLUTION: This latch lever has an engaging part 61 for engaging with the arm of an actuator in order to moor the actuator at a retreated position when impact is applied to a disk drive device while the actuator of the disk drive device is at the retreated position and the magnetic force acting part 63 for being drawn in a direction of releasing engagement by magnetic force. The magnetic force acting part 63 is molded by using resin material containing ferromagnetic metal powder. The latchet lever is molded by using resin material of different color.
