PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable connector with a structure which can improve an assembling workability. SOLUTION: The cable connector 1 comprises a case constructed by a base case 3 and a cover case 4, and an inner housing 6 housed in an inner space 5 surrounded by the base case 3 and the cover case 4, and a wire cable guided inside the inner space 5 is connected to a terminal mounted to the inner housing 6. It is made so that a convex locking part 26 formed on a side surface 23 of the inner housing 6 and a convex locking part 27 formed on the inner side of a side surface 24 of the base case 3 lock into each other, and so that a convex locking part 33 formed on the outer side of the side surface 24 and a locking piece 31 of the cover case 4 lock into each other. The convex locking part 27 and the convex locking part 33 are formed on a displacement wall 30 of the side wall 24.
