PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fail safe oil lubrication system of helium compressor which has long life by being supplied with compressed helium gas containing no oil. SOLUTION: In an oil lubrication system of helium compressor unit, an adsorber can preserve all the oil carried from the compressor to itself before the system stops. The compressor itself either stops due to a protection switch or seizes due to shortage of oil before the oil is carried out of the compressor unit. The unit or a refrigeration system coupled with it can operate for a longer time than a selected design life before the compressor stops because it has reached the limit of oil which can be carried to the adsorber. The adsorber can preserve the quantity of oil where at least a safety margin of 25% is added to the same quantity as that of the coil coming out of the compressor within the life of the system.
