PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel in which the assembling flexibility of a frame for a movable lens group to be included and a frame for fixed lens group is improved, so that a guide shaft for positioning and supporting movably the movable lens group and the fixed lens group in an optical axis direction can stably be fixed. SOLUTION: The external shape of a lens barrel main body is formed by connecting each opening side face of a front lens barrel 5 having a plurality of opening side faces and a rear lens barrel 7 having a plurality of opening side faces, and the movable lens group and the fixed lens group are included in the inside. A light shielding means is provided on the inner wall of the front lens barrel 5. Reference holes are formed in the front lens barrel 5 and the rear lens barrel 7 for fitting the ends of guide shafts 6a and 6b to position the movable lens group and the fixed lens group, and supporting them movably in the optical axis direction.
