摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detector, a detecting method, a base computer and a recording medium, capable of allowing a ground-running robot to act smoothly by taking detection information or topographical information for the periphery, over a wide range of the ground running robot. SOLUTION: When a flying body (H) receives a targeting flight position from the base computer (C), the flying body (H) moves to the targeting flight position and takes in detection information and topography information regarding the targeting flight position to transmit the information to the base computer. The base computer carries out information analysis and transmits a targeting movement position and the result of the information analysis to the ground-running robot (R). When the ground-running robot receives the targeting movement position and the result of the information analysis, it moves toward the targeting movement position and takes detection information and topography information, based on the result of the information analysis and then transmits the information to the base computer.
