PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report a message when the fault of a called party is recovered by leaving the message at a time point when a call is ended by an unexpected forced disconnection. SOLUTION: When communication is forcedly disconnected by the fault of one portable telephone set 3 during a call through a radio telephone base station 2 and an exchange 1 for mobile telephone between the portable telephone set 3 and a portable telephone set 4, the exchange 1 records the message of the other portable telephone set 4 and transmits the recorded message to the portable telephone set 3, with which the fault is recovered.
