PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk recording and reproducing device with changer capable of quickly performing disk replacement in the case of continuously reproducing the disks according to the fixed sequence of dist attributes. SOLUTION: Storage position numbers and disk attributes are memorized in the memory of a controller when the disks are stored at optional positions in a stocker. When the rearrangement of disks is instructed to the controller, the disks are rearranged in the order of the storage position numbers according to the fixed sequence of the disk attributes.
