Antenna has a wire element (2) with two sections one lengthened to the other. The first section (3) is straight and its end facing the other section forms the antenna's base (5) welded onto a card or a printed circuit board (1). This first section might not be completely straight and any deviations in shape can be tolerated. The second section (4) has a spiral shape. The total length of both sections like a rolled-out wire sets a low band-pass frequency. An Independent claim is also included for a cellular mobile telephone device for use with an antenna.
