PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the capacity of a secondary battery in a simple configuration. SOLUTION: An electronic clock 200 has a conversion table 285. This conversion table 285 has a table that shows the relation of the terminal voltage and the capacity of a secondary battery 220 in each case of not charging, half-duty charging, and full-duty charging. A control circuit 230 estimates the battery capacity from the terminal voltage to display on a display 204 by using the table depending on the case of not charging, half-duty charging, or full-duty charging. |
