<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate electronic delivery data which comply with specific standard specifications from electronic data generated by various application software. SOLUTION: This electronic delivery data generation support system stores a data storage means with result data (original data) in arbitrary format generated by various application software as filing data together with print data corresponding thereto and attribute data including various management items complying with the standard specifications. When electronic data recording media are delivered, desired file data are taken out of the data storage means as specified to automatically generate electronic delivery data DT including data files RF, DF, PR, etc., corresponding to the result data of a report, a drawing, a photograph, etc., under specific folders RP, DR, PH, etc., according to a rule complying with the standard specifications.</p> |
