PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide that layout structure of an operation text to which an operator can easily refer and with which he or she can master an operation content by improving visibility. SOLUTION: The page P of the operation text X is divided into a character information inserted area R where character information is inserted and an image information inserted area L where image information corresponding to character information inserted in the character information inserted area R is inserted by a vertical ruled line z being the ruled line in the vertical direction of the page P. The page is divided into four areas in upper/lower directions by lateral ruled lines w1 to w3 being the ruled lines in the lateral direction of the page P.
