PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage control oscillator circuit which realizes a small size and a light weight by decreasing the use number of structural components of the oscillator circuit, and can widen an area of an oscillation output. SOLUTION: A voltage control oscillator circuit contains a stripline, a variable capacitance diode, and a capacitor. The oscillator circuit comprises a resonance circuit which control a resonance frequency by applying a control voltage supplied from a control voltage terminal to the variable capacitance diode, a negative resistor circuit part, and an amplifier circuit. One end of the stripline SL of the resonance circuit part X is grounded, and the other end is connected is parallel to the capacitor C2. An anode of the variable capacitance diode DV is disposed so as to be connected with the other end of the stripline SL, and a cathode side is disposed so as to be connected with the control voltage terminal VT.
