PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that this multi-channel signal generating device is made large scaled due to the impossibility of the generation of any multi-channel signal in a single modulation signal generator. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a plurality of frequency converting parts 12 different for respective local oscillation frequencies which are respectively equipped with a local oscillator 12A for oscillating local oscillation frequencies and a frequency converter 12B for frequency-converting a prescribed frequency modulation signal from a modulation signal generator 20 based on the local oscillation frequencies from the local oscillator, a distributing part 11 for distributing the prescribed frequency modulation signal to each frequency converting part, and a synthesizing part 13 for synthesizing the modulation signals frequency-converted by the respective frequency converting parts, and for generating and outputting the synthesized modulation signal as a multi-channel signal.
