PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice manipulating system D which can easily and speedily perform voice control of equipment without a malfunction. SOLUTION: The voice manipulating system D is equipped with a keyword storage part 21 stored with keywords for equipment specification, equipment control, and ending, a voice input means 1 which inputs a user's voice, a voice recognition part 22 which extracts and collates a word against the keywords stored in the keyword storage part 21, and an equipment control part 23 which controls equipment (car air-conditioner 51, car audio equipment 52, and car navigation equipment 53) according to the keyword recognized by the voice recognition part 22; once the voice recognition part 22 recognizes the keyword for specifying the equipment as an object of voice control, the equipment control part 23 controls the equipment according to the recognized keyword for equipment control until the keyword for ending the equipment or a keyword specifying other equipment is recognized.
