PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide on-vehicle electronic equipment capable of being shared with the other on-vehicle electronic equipment, and to provide a video or/and audio reproducing method for the on-vehicle electronic equipment. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle electronic equipment is provided with a communicating part 20 which is mounted on a vehicle and can transmit and receive information including at least either one of video or audio by using a communication line 24, and a display 15 and a speaker 16 which are a video/audio reproducing means for reproducing the video or/and audio obtained by the communicating part 20. Thus, it is possible to share the video or/and the audio with the outside.
