PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery device and an electronic device, which stabilize radio transmitting and receiving even under a low temperature with less remaining battery capacity without having to shut down the electronic device system and indicate the minimum remaining capacity of the battery required to operate the electronic device. SOLUTION: In this invention, a battery 1 is provided to be loaded in the device together with, a battery voltage stabilizer circuit 2, a voltage detector/ comparator (4, 5, etc.), to check the battery voltages (Vdiv1.Vtemp.Vcont) to compare them with the set voltage (Vset1), and a control 3 which controls the battery power supply based on the information from the voltage detector/ comparator. The voltage detector/comparator includes a temperature sensitive voltage detector to constitute the battery device.
