MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LATTICE FOR STORAGE CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing a lattice wherein the lattice rib (lattice part) except for an ear part and outer rib is immersed in an active material, related to a method for manufacturing an expand lattice or punched-out lattice by working with a metal sheet. SOLUTION: A metal sheet is provided as a substrate 5 which comprises a band-like thin part 3 and thicker parts 1 and 2. The thin part 3 of the substrate 5 is provided with a notch for development or punched out to form a lattice part, with the thick parts 1 and 2 being a punch-out ear part 8 and outer rib parts 9 and 10.
