PURPOSE: An armrest of a door trim is provided to improve appearance by forming a grip part with the armrest and surrounding the grip with leather, and to reduce assembling process by eliminating a plastic cover. CONSTITUTION: An armrest of a door trim(24) is composed of a body(20) fixed in a door panel(22) by an assembling screw(26), and a grip part(30) vertically arranged in the end of the body. The outside of the grip part is surrounded with leather(40). A plate(28) is closed in the upper part of the body to prevent the assembling screw from being exposed, and the upper end of the body is inserted to an assembling protrusion(24a) of the door trim. A reinforcing rib(31) is formed in the grip part, and a cover(32) is integrally fixed in the reinforcing rib by an assembling screw(34). The quality is improved by covering the grip part with leather, and assembling process is reduced with eliminating the plastic cover.
