PURPOSE: Installation structure of a rear seat cushion and a seat for children is provided to assemble conveniently by integrally forming a seat cushion installation part of a rear seat and a child seat installation part, and to increase productivity by reducing assembling process. CONSTITUTION: A mounting clip(4) is fixed in the rear part of a rear seat cushion(2) by a bolt, and a hook(24) is protruded upward in a mounting bracket to fit a child seat. A reinforcing bracket(30) is arranged between the lower part of the mounting bracket and the upper face of a rear floor panel(6). A hook is integrally extended upward in the mounting bracket, and plural assembling holes are formed in a mounting part(22) to combine with the rear floor panel. The rear seat cushion is fixed by the mounting bracket, and the reinforcing bracket is fixed in the rear floor panel. A reinforcing panel(14) is mounted in the rear part, and the mounting clip is arranged in the mounting part of the mounting bracket. The rear seat is fixed by a bolt(16) and a nut(18), and the fixing part of the child seat is fitted to the hook of the mounting bracket. Parts and assembling process are reduced with integrally forming the rear seat cushion installation part and the child seat installation part. Strength is improved with the double structure of the reinforcing member.
