PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow efficient operations of operating screen and avoid wrong occurrence of jobs on an image output apparatus impossible to output by displaying a common operating screen in a plurality of image output apparatuses having different attributes. SOLUTION: To a network 10, a plurality of printers 16, a server 14 and a scanner 12 are connected. The server 14 generates a signal generating operating screen based on each attribute of the printers 16 which have not gone down among the multiple printers 16 to transmit to the scanner 12. At the scanner 12, image data is inputted, the common operating screen generated based on the signal generating the operating screen is displayed on a display panel. Information designating a printer 16 and information on output forms of images is inputted from the panel to be transmitted to the server 14. The server 14 verifies whether the designated printer 16 has not gone down, if has not, the information on the output forms of the images and the image data transmitted from the scanner 12 is transmitted to the designated printer 16 to output images based on the transmitted information and the image data. |
