PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collecting and providing method for intellectual property capable of putting useful intellectual property of which right the creators or successors of the property have acquired, into use while widely opening to the public without making them judge the utility of the intellectual property by themselves and without making them beare the whole cost to get the rights of the property. SOLUTION: The method includes a collecting/selecting step to collect information on the intellectual property from the creators or successors of the property composed of either one or more of new inventions, new utility models, new designs and new creative works via an electronic communication means to decide adoptions or rejections of the property, a procedure step for getting of rights to conduct registration formalities with justifiable obtaining of the adopted property, an information opening step to open the intellectual property to many and unspecified people and solicit licensees and a profit delivery step to deliver a part of profits obtained by the licensees in practice of the property to the creators or the successors. |
