PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage service by reducing the labor for correcting service. SOLUTION: A service management device manages services where a periodical transport schedule in the carriage business is organized as a job per worker. When a service is organized for each of a plurality of conditions in order to realize transport in accordance with conditions, the service management device retrieves services of the same contents among a plurality of conditions and stores information related with services of the same contents. |
