PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the prevention of the faulty discharge of waste toner and the facilitation of the attachment of a waste toner container and to prevent a cover from being closed in a state where the waste toner container is not attached. SOLUTION: The cover 61 is provided with a lever 65 opening a shutter by abutting on a pipe shutter 23 when the cover is closed in a state where the waste toner container 40 is attached and preventing the closing action of the cover by abutting on the regulation part 60a of a device main body when the cover is closed in a state where the waste toner container is not attached. The cover is provided with a placing part for the waste toner container, and the device main body and the waste toner container are provided with a positioning means for positioning the waste toner container with respect to the device main body or the cover with the closing action of the cover. |
