PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner recovering device capable of at least preventing waste toner already stored in a 1st storing part from being scattered to the outside, and an image forming device equipped with the toner recovering device. SOLUTION: The toner recovering device 9 is oppositely provided to a cleaning means 7 for removing toner particles remaining on an image carrier (photoreceptor drum) 3 after transferring a toner image on the image carrier 3 to recording material (recording paper) P and recovers the waste toner removed by the cleaning means 7. The device 9 is equipped with a 1st storing part 22 for storing the waste toner removed by the cleaning means 7 and having magnetism, a 2nd storing part 24 concurrently provided with the 1st storing part and capable of permanently storing the waste toner, and a feeding means (magnet roller) 23 carrying and feeding the waste toner from the 1st storing part 22 to the 2nd storing part 24 by magnetic force. |
