PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a feeling of driving by preventing a sudden start when changing to forward or reverse and starting in a high speed stage. SOLUTION: In a forward/reverse change-over, a change-over of hydraulic forward and reverse change-over clutches 25 and 26 is operated by an operation of a forward/reverse change-over lever 7, hydraulic clutch type transmission 47, 48 and 49 are changed by an operation of a main gearshift lever 3 and a controller 130, operated positions of the forward/reverse change-over lever and the main gearshift lever are detected by detecting means 134 and 135, and when the main gearshift lever is in the high speed stage and the forward/ reverse change-over lever is operated to forward or reverse, the transmissions are shifted to a low speed stage. |
