Under printing conditions the ratio of the static viscosity to the dynamic viscosity of the paste /- 50. The screen has slots smaller than 0.25 mm /! 0.05 mm. The shortest tracks formed are shorter than 0.3 mm in length. (b) Using a screen with /- 90 yarns/cm in (a). Preferred Features: In the paste /- 98% particles are smaller than 25 micro m and is /- 80 % silver. The screen has /- 95 yarns/cm. A scraper of 65 - 85 shore A with an end shaped as a right angle or 45 deg chamfer. The paste applied to the window forms a pattern of parallel lines that are 10 - 100 micro m thick. The shortest lines formed are 0.1 - 0.25 mm in length.
