PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly implement a work which adjusts a capillary mounting hole vertically on the top face of a heat block. SOLUTION: By using a capillary mounting hole vertical adjustment jig 10 that has a reverse T-shape and consists of a vertical axis part 10a inserted into the capillary mounting hole 1a of an ultrasound horn 1 and a horizontal axis part 10b extending horizontally at right angles to the vertical axis part 10a, the capillary mounting hole vertical adjustment jig 10 is fixed detachably to the ultrasound horn 1 so that the horizontal axis part 10b of this capillary mounting hole vertical adjustment jig 10 is in the X axis direction at right angle to the extending Y axis of the ultrasound horn 1, and by moving down the ultrasound horn 1 so that the bottom face of the horizontal axis part 10b closely contacts with the top face 5a of the heat block 5 and fixing the ultrasound horn 1 to a horn holder 3, the orientation of the ultrasound horn 1 is adjusted so that the capillary mounting hole 1a is vertical to the top face 5a of the heat block 5. |
