PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device that can carry out securitization of a bad debt land to be sold in a small lot and more efficiently and quickly realize the bad debt land and revitalize a personal financial asset in a case where it is possible to predict to make a certain profit by means of a minimum investment in the bad debt land. SOLUTION: If the bad debt land is used as a time account parking lot which is managed from a car incoming to a charge collection and a receipt issuance in an automatic unmanned state entirely for 24 hours to allow estimating the profit within an allowable error, it is very effective for selling with a small securitization. Profit results of the time account parking lot being open currently are sorted and changed into data depending on conditions. By means of a data input means, a recording means, a fluctuation condition data recoding means, a correction rule recording means, and a means for outputting a profit estimated value using a computer, an estimated profit value is informed in real time to an unspecified number of bad debt land right holders, security corporations and investors by the Internet. To parking lot users, vacant parking lot information and nearby map information are informed by the Internet. |
