PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem where surge voltage is applied to a switching element which is caused by inductance of a power line and the switching element is broken. SOLUTION: This inverter control module consists of two power lines 3a, 3b which are arranged on both main surfaces of a ceramic substrate 2 facing each other and with reverse current flow, three output lines 4a, 4b and 4c which are arranged on the one main surface of the ceramic substrate 2, a plurality of switching elements 5 which are mounted on the power line 3a and the respective output lines 4a, 4b and 4c which are mounted on the one main surface of the ceramic substrate 2, a first connecting means 6 for connecting the switching element 5 on the power line 3a with the respective output lines 4a, 4b and 4c, and a second connecting means 7 for connecting the switching elements 5 mounted on the respective output lines 4a, 4b and 4c with a bent and stretched part of the power line 3b which is formed on the other main surface of the ceramic substrate 2. |
