PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing to which a water cooling type oil cooler is fit, capable of reducing the number of components, reducing assembling man- hour, and enhancing the workability of maintenance. SOLUTION: A bracket which is the housing to which the water cooling type oil cooler is fit is fit to the engine body of a water cooling type internal combustion engine. A cooling water outlet 37a and a cooling water inlet 38a are installed and an oil outlet 55a and an oil inlet 56a are installed in the bracket so as to oppose the central part of a fitting surface 21a to which an oil cooler C is fit. The cooling water outlet 37a, the cooling water inlet 38a, the oil outlet 55a, and the oil inlet 56a communicate for a cooling water inlet 61, a cooling water outlet 62, an oil inlet 63, and an oil outlet 64, installed in the oil cooler C, on the fitting surface 21a.
