COIL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture coils having approximately the same outside dimensions and different inductance. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the coil with a coil body, a wire rod with an insulating covering section in which a core is covered with an insulating film, and non-insulating covering sections which are installed on both sides of the insulating covering section respectively and in which the core is not covered with the insulating film, is wound spirally at a plurality of times. The number of turns of the wire rod is made constant, and the length of the insulating covering sections of the wire rod is changed and inductance is set.
