PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing authentication relationship, which can manages the relationship between an authenticator and a person to be authenticated by a simple operation even when an organization change and personnel changes are carried out. SOLUTION: In the system for managing authentication relationships, a matrix 21, each section of which has an inserted check box 22, and lists the authenticators A-E and the persons to be authenticated a-f along the X axis and the Y axis respectively on the basis of job position codes in organizations and qualification codes to show whether each individual is qualified in authentication. The system displays the matrix 21, relates the authenticator to the person to be authenticated who corresponds to a section position where the check box 22 is on, and registers them as the relational information of authentication in the system. The system can easily confirm the relationship between the authenticator and the person to be authenticated and register the authentication relationship by only clicking the check box 22. The system can eliminates a user's workloads to regenerate the matrix 21 by automatically updating the matrix 21 on the basis of the position codes for organizations when a personnel change is implemented.
