<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem that functions cannot be realized or a com munication band is inefficiently used in some cases because a communication band required to realize an objective service and a communication band which a network can provide don't' coincide with each other. SOLUTION: A user is prompted to perform switching to a mechanism, which automatically selects a communication means having the communication band required to realize the service, and a proper communication means.</p> |
