PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil-impregnating apparatus, which fully permeates a solution for fixing coils into rotor coils, to be used in a large-vibration high- rotational-speed state, like an armature of a starter motor, and fully and firmly fixes the rotor coils to each other up to their insides. SOLUTION: This coil impregnating apparatus 10 impregnates an impregnating solution 34 for fixing coils to each other into the coils 6 of a coil assembly, and is provided with a vacuum vessel 18, in which coil assemblies to be impregnation-processed are set, an impregnating solution supply pump 29 which discharges a impregnating solution 24 to the coil portions of the coil assemblies set in the vacuum vessel 18 via an impregnating solution supply pipe 19, and a nozzle 20 at its tip, a vacuum pump 32 for vacuum-exhausting the inside air of the vacuum vessel 18, and an atmosphere releasing means 26 for making the inside of the vacuum vessel 18 from a vacuum state for turning into an atmosphere state gradually.
