PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that AV data remain even if there is no possibility that individual AV data of an AV data server are referred to. SOLUTION: A system is provided with the AV data server accumulating AV data and transmitting AV data in accordance with a request, a transmission client registering AV data in the AV data server and having a mailer informing a plurality of clients of the identifier of AV data by an electronic mail, the mailer receiving the electronic mail transmitted from the transmission client and a plurality of reception clients obtaining AV data in the AV data server via a network. The AV data server has reference client information constituted of the identifiers of the whole reception clients which possibly refer to the preservation time limit of AV data and AV data. The deletion of accumulated AV data is controlled based on the preservation time limit or reference client information.
