PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchange efficiency of an oil cooler by reducing passage resistance of a cooling water passage for supplying and draining cooling water to the oil cooler, and improve workability in maintenance by reducing the number of parts and assembly man-hours of a housing for mounting a water- cooled type oil cooler. SOLUTION: The water-cooled type oil cooler having a cooling water inlet and a cooling water outlet is mounted on a mating face 21a of a mounting base 21 formed on a bracket 13 as the housing mounted on an engine body of a water-cooled type internal combustion engine. The bracket 13 further includes a pump chamber 82 of a cooling water pump, an intake passage 33 and a discharge passage 34 connected with the pump chamber 32, a first communication passage 37 connected with the discharge passage 34 in the bracket 13, and second communication passages 38a, 38b, 38c connected with the intake passage 33 in the bracket 13. The first communication passage 37 and the second communication passages 38a, 38b, 38c are connected with the cooling water inlet and the cooling water outlet of the oil cooler at the mating face 21a.
