PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail transmitting device improved in user's convenience and advertisement effect by transmitting proper advertisement information according to address in a receiving terminal side of electronic mail. SOLUTION: This device comprises a receiving terminal-side information service server 14 for receiving an electronic mail and transmitting the receiving electronic mail with advertisement information attached thereto to the receiving terminal; an individual information database 15 for storing individual information including address information of electronic mail; and an advertisement information database 14 for storing a plurality of pieces of advertisement information. The information service server selects the advertisement information to be attached to the electronic mail in reference to the individual information database on the basis of the address information of the received electronic mail, and transmits the selected advertisement information as an attachment to the electronic mail.
