PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily acquire an external character image from a seller and also optimize the setting charge of accounting to a contents provider and the user. SOLUTION: When the ordering information from a contents provider terminal 10 is registered in a seller server 40, a seller terminal 30 generates the external character image on the basis of the ordering information registered in the seller server 40 and registers the image in the seller server 40, and also the URI of the external character image is reported to the contents provider terminal 10. The contents provider terminal 10 generates the contents including the URL of the external character image that is having been reported by the seller terminal 30. A user terminal 50 refers to the contents including the URI of the external character image generated in the contents provider terminal 10, and acquires the external character image registered in the seller server 40 according to the URI. Furthermore, the seller terminal 30 charges the contents provider terminal 10 for accounting, depending on the number of times of acquiring the external character image. |
