PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device having a constitution such that a heat loss due to ventilation is low, a static pressure can be sufficiently secured, and installation property is excellent. SOLUTION: The indoor side is communicated with the outdoor side, air supply passages 25 and 32 are provided at an internal part with an axial flow fan 26a being a fan for ventilation. The axial flow fan 26a is formed of a material having heat storage ability to store the heat of air flowing through the air supply passage 25, and rotated alternately in a normal rotation direction and reverse direction. By forming the axial flow fan 26a of the material having heat storage ability, a heat loss due to ventilation is decreased, and further, ventilating resistance is decreased since the number of parts of the air supply passage may be low and a static pressure can be secured.
