PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower manufacturing costs and improve workability for a sealing structure used for a fuel injection quantity restricting structure of a fuel injection pump. SOLUTION: A locking plate 43 is arranged between a screw bolt 41 and a fixing nut 42 for locking a case 46 covering the screw bolt 41 and the fixing nut 42 by the locking plate 43. An O-ring 44 is sandwiched by a stepping portion of the case 46 and a cap nut 45 screwed into the screw bolt 41.
