PURPOSE: A golf exercise bat footstool is provided to enable a user to adjust an inclination of the footstool, to simplify its structure, thus improving the convenience of installation and management thereof and reducing its installation area, and to increase the safety of the footstool. CONSTITUTION: The golf exercise bat is comprised of a flat footstool(1), hydraulic jacks(5a,5b,5c,5d) installed under the footstool so as to adjust the inclination of the footstool by moving a piston inserted into a housing(6) upward and downward, and a control part(10) connected with the hydraulic jacks through a control wiring(9). Plural supports(2a,2b,2c,2d) formed with a spherical recess(3) respectively are fixed on the bottom surface of the footstool, and a semi spherical shaped piston head(8) is fixed at the distal end of each piston in order to support the footstool with being contact with the each spherical recess in a point contact manner.
