PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement IC(integrated circuit) card system capable of simply and safely providing services by the IC card. SOLUTION: An infrastructure side antenna 200 and a monitor camera 400 are installed in a support 250 and the monitor camera 400 monitors a user, or an occupant of an automobile, or the automobile. A narrow-band radio communicates with the infrastructure side antenna 200 with the narrow-band radio mounted on the automobile entering into a prescribed communication area by the infrastructure side antenna 200 so that a prepaid card control center transfers money to the IC card (prepaid card) using a card reader/writer mounted on the automobile. The card reader/writer can simultaneously read and write information of a plurality of IC cards. |
