<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-way joint in which there is no risk of breakage of a central part on which a stress is easy to concentrate, and to carry out piping such that a polyethylene pipe as a piping member is connected by an electric fusion method. SOLUTION: In this four-way joint, one end of a polyethylene short pipe is inserted inside each of sockets of a four-way joint body comprised of four sockets having an irregularity surface inside thereof and made of a rigid member, an outer peripheral surface of the one end is bonded so as to deform and fit to the irregularity surface inside the socket, and the other end of the polyethylene short pipe is formed with a pipe-like body connection part.</p> |
