PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce size and weight by employing a fin tube heat exchanger wherein fins are bent and radiant heat is generated. SOLUTION: The air conditioner consists of fins 22 which are fixed so as to have a heat transfer relation with a heating medium tube 7 for flowing a high temperature heating medium therein and each of which is bent at the end of the longitudinal side while the end of the other longitudinal side being bent in the opposite direction, and consists of a blowing means 13 for introducing indoor air from a suction port 14 to a diffuser 15 through the fins 22. One end 23 of each of the fins 22 is constituted so as to confront with the suction part 14. With this structure, heat of the heating medium heats the heating medium tube 7 and the fins 22, and thus the indoor air blown to the fins 22 is heated to be hot, and blown out of the diffuser 15. At the same time, radiation energy is generated from an end bent portion 25 of each of the fins 22, and radiated indoors through the suction port 14.
