PURPOSE: A crash pad fixing jig is provided to achieve improved reliability for data by mounting the crash pad or glove box to a rotating shaft and adjusting rotating angle such that the crash pad or glove box is located at the position similar to the position in a real condition. CONSTITUTION: A crash pad fixing jig comprises a sled(10) having a base plate arranged to be rotatable at a central rotating shaft(13); a pair of vertical support boards(20) mounted to the sled in such a manner that the vertical support boards are opposed with each other with the base plate interposed between two vertical support boards; and a rotating shaft(30) installed between the vertical support boards such that the rotating angle of the rotating shaft is controllable.
