PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal connection structure for a sensor in which the defect of the electrical connection of a metal terminal to the electrode terminal part of a detecting element is hard to generate and whose assembling operation can be executed easily. SOLUTION: The contact member 129 of the detecting element 4 is constituted in such a way that the detecting element 4, lead frames 10 and a pair of insulating housings 132 which are laminated as shown in Fig. (c) are arranged at the inner hole of a cylindrical fixation member 136 as shown in Fig. (a) and that the member 136 is caulked as shown by arrows in Fig. (d). At this time, wavy parts 16 at the lead frames 10 are arranged between the detecting element 4 and the insulating housings 132, the wavy parts 16 are elastically deformed, the tolerance of a working condition such as the dimension, the caulking force or the like of a caulking part in a caulking operation is expanded, and the caulking operation can be executed easily. |
