PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for optimizing the mounting sequence of components with a component mounting machine, having a working head for simultaneously sucking and mounting the components on a board under various restrictions. SOLUTION: The method for optimizing the mounting sequence of components comprises the step of (1) optimizing an array of component types, without taking into consideration an array fixing on a temporary Z-axis (an axis for aligning component cassettes). That is, a component histogram, in which simultaneous suction is preferred is formed. The method further comprises the step of (2) moving the component type to be an object of array fixing from the temporary Z axis to a real Z axis. The method also comprises the step of (3) moving the component type (component tape) which is not to be an object of the array fixing from the temporary Z axis to the real Z axis. At this time, the component type (component tape) which is not to be the object of the array fixing is disposed in the gap of the array fixed component types (component tape). Finally, the method also comprises the step of generating a suction pattern by cross cropping (component array deciding by considering simultaneous suction) from the component type (component tape) on the real Z axis. |
