PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for optimum designing which make it possible to design a door seal having the optimum section only by a designer by varying necessary variables and elements according to internal processing stages without requiring any technical knowledge of software for designing and prevents trial and error accompanying the manufacture of a sample of the door seal having been designed by predicting the closing speed of a door accompanying variation in the section from the result of a section analysis. SOLUTION: This system comprises a data storage means composed of many storage units having requested data stored by conditions, a data managing means composed of many mode selection units capable of selecting various specifications corresponding to characteristics of the door seal to be developed by the data storage means, and a model designing means which designs a completed product by inputting actual conditions as to a selected model and performs various simulation experiments. |
