PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a color filter by a transfer process in which electrification can be reduced drastically when the temporary base of a photosensitive resin material is peeled. SOLUTION: The method for producing a color filter includes a step for forming a laminate 55 by disposing at least a photosensitive resin layer 44 on the surface of a temporary base 42 and bringing the resulting photosensitive transfer material 41 into contact with the surface of a substrate 47 in such a way that the photosensitive resin layer 44 comes in contact with the surface of the substrate 47, a step for peeling the temporary base 42 from the laminate 55 and a step for exposing and developing the photosensitive resin layer 44 to form the objective color filter on the surface of the substrate 47. In the peeling step, the laminate 55 is put on an insulating table 48 in such a way that the substrate 47 side comes in contact with the table 48 and the temporary base 42 is peeled while blowing ionic air 51 from a de-electrifier 49 on a peelable part 52 between the photosensitive resin layer 44 and the temporary base 42 and on its peripheries 53, 54. |
